MAKE ROOM FOR EVERY CREATOR
Accessibility & help
We are improving access to Clippy’s website, Mac editor, and optional iPhone companion. This page describes available controls and how to get help. It is not a certification that every screen meets a technical standard.
On this website
- Use Tab and Shift–Tab to move through links and controls. The first link skips navigation and goes to the main content.
- Use the browser’s zoom and text-size controls. The mobile navigation has a labeled menu button; Escape closes its menu.
- Product demonstrations include written explanations. Muted footage is an optional visual demonstration; it is not required to understand the offer.
- The moving Clippy companion respects your device’s reduced-motion preference. “Hide Clippy” hides it for the current browser session.
In the apps
Clippy uses native controls for many settings, with system appearance support. The iPhone camera’s recording-edge animation respects Reduce Motion. Camera buttons have spoken labels, and recording/export controls include text status. Review generated captions before sharing: automatic transcription can make mistakes.
Accessibility varies by tool and by third-party sign-in pages. Complex timelines, live video, custom visual controls, and all assistive-technology combinations have not completed a comprehensive accessibility audit. We use WCAG 2.2 AA as a web-improvement target, alongside native platform accessibility guidance.
Report a barrier or request an alternative
Email support@clippycreatorstudio.com or use our support form. Tell us the screen or URL, what you tried, the assistance you need, and optionally your browser or assistive technology. Do not include passwords, license keys, or private footage.
We can help explain a workflow, provide information in another format, and investigate a specific barrier. A website account is not required to email us.
