Terms of Use

Who can use Clippy

You must be at least 18 and authorized to submit the material you share. Keep your sign-in secure. Do not impersonate others, attempt to access another workspace, distribute malware, or submit unlawful, exploitative, or nonconsensual material.

Your content belongs to you

You retain your rights in submitted footage. You give us limited permission to store, access, edit, and deliver it to perform your requested service. You are responsible for obtaining necessary permissions from people, copyright owners, and other rights holders. We do not receive permission to use your footage in public promotion merely because you upload it.

Requests, software, and editing work

A workspace request is not a purchase or a commitment to perform paid work. We confirm scope, deliverables, turnaround, revisions, price, and payment terms separately before accepting a paid project. Mac software access is subject to beta availability and its license terms. Features may change during development. Keep independent backups and review captions, edits, metadata, and publishing settings before use.

Subscriptions, licenses, and billing

The proposed software plans are US$29 per month or US$249 per year, plus applicable taxes. Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew at the displayed interval until canceled; cancellation stops future renewal and access continues through the paid period. One-time purchase pricing, duration, and update terms are still being finalized and that option cannot be purchased yet. Paid checkout remains closed until payment, license delivery, refunds, and direct Mac distribution have been verified. No form submission currently charges you.

Software purchases use your name and email for license delivery. A unique emailed license key is intended for up to three activated Macs. Reopening the same registered Mac does not consume another activation. Deactivate a Mac to free its slot or contact support if it is unavailable. Do not resell or publicly share your key. Internet is required for initial activation and periodic validation; signed offline authorization lasts up to seven days and never beyond the paid access period. Refunds, disputes, expiry, and canceled access can disable future license validation. Editing services and third-party AI charges are separate. Your footage and exported files remain yours.

Direct-download licensing is separate from any TestFlight beta or App Store distribution. Updates are included during the applicable access period; automatic in-app installation is not yet offered. Before payment opens, checkout will disclose the final price, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms and request agreement.

Free group codes

A group code grants the signed-in account complimentary software access and updates for the number of months shown before redemption. No card, charge, subscription, or automatic renewal is created. Save your name and account email, check the code, review its period, and confirm to join. Codes have redemption deadlines and capacity limits and cannot be stacked. A disabled code stops new redemptions but does not remove previously granted access. Optional promotional email consent is not required.

The signed Mac download and desktop activation are still being prepared. Redeeming today reserves access; the access period starts on the first available download. When available, downloads and new versions will be offered in your account during that period. This does not promise automatic in-app installation or lifetime updates. Exported content remains yours. Contact us to leave the program or request account closure; privacy rights remain available.

Delivery and third-party platforms

Approved projects can exchange files in this workspace. Deliveries are currently downloaded here; automatic synchronization to the Mac app is not active. We do not guarantee audience growth, revenue, or platform acceptance. YouTube, Apple, and other third-party services have their own terms and availability requirements.

Availability and ending access

We may temporarily interrupt the service for maintenance or security and may restrict accounts that misuse it. You can request account closure and deletion by contacting us. Applicable privacy and consumer rights are not waived by these terms. To the extent permitted by law, beta services are provided as available without a promise of uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Concerns

Please report privacy, content-rights, or safety concerns to our contact email with enough detail to investigate. Do not send illegal material as evidence. We will review reports and take appropriate action.
