Yes. Both plans include manual clipping, editing, captions, audio tools and exports. Basic is the starting point for creators editing their own content. Pro is our recommendation for clippers building repeatable workflows. Creators who want automation and scheduled publishing can choose Pro too.
What about existing licenses?+
Existing all-tools licenses keep their original access for their valid term. These packages apply to a new, explicitly tiered purchase; they do not downgrade your existing license.
Are there credits or extra costs?+
Local editing and repeat exports use no minute credits. Optional AI providers, hosting and platform services may charge separately. Processing capacity depends on your Mac and storage. Three activated Macs per license is separate from stream and workspace capacity.
How does publishing work?+
Scheduled publishing is included in Pro and Agency, with eligible connections. Each platform needs its required permissions and your provider-app credentials; some require app approval or a media host. Clippy must be running and your Mac awake for scheduled uploads. Basic includes reviewed manual exports.
How do renewal and cancellation work?+
Monthly subscriptions renew monthly; yearly subscriptions are paid upfront and renew yearly until canceled. Manage or cancel renewal from My account → Plan & downloads → Manage billing. Access continues through the paid period. Existing passes and subscriptions retain their original terms.
